Can I record sound via the USB connection?

The USB connection of the Torpedo VB-101/VM-202 only allows for remote control from a PC or a Mac computer. It does not transfer any sound. You need to be in possession of a soundcard with line-level analog inputs/outputs, or digital AES/EBU or S/PDIF.

To digitally record sound coming from the Torpedo VB-101/VM-202, two digital outputs are provided (AES/EBU and S/PDIF).
