How to check if Torpedo devices are properly connected a Apple Mac computer
To check if the USB connection is working properly under Mac OS computer, please follow this procedure.
- Open Terminal application:
- Type the ioreg -p IOUSB and press Enter key
Torpedo devices should be listed in the output of the command. - If your Torpedo does not appear in the list, please create a support ticket
