Reset the Captor X Bluetooth module to solve Bluetooth connection issues

Bluetooth connection issues can sometimes be fixed by reseting the Captor X Bluetooth module.

To reset your Captor X Bluetooth module, please download the reset_ble script suitable for your Captor X (Captor X 8 or Captor X 16) on your Desktop.

This will download a .tnsts file to your computer.

Once done, follow the instructions outlined in this page , where you will downlad and install the Two notes Support Tool on your computer.

The .tnsts file needs to be loaded in the Two notes Support Tool.
